Abstract
Choroidal melanoma, although a rare primary intraocular malignancy, is the most common primary intraocular malignant tumour and often asymptomatic. The use of neurosonological studies can lead to timely diagnosis and treatment, demonstrating its critical role in managing incidental findings in patients with vascular risk factors, as illustrated in this case.
