A Clinical Analysis of 22 Cases With Distant-Planted Endometriosis

Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristic of this kind of lower incidence rate of the Distant-Planted endometriosis. Methods:The clinical characteristic and diagnosis of 22 cases of the Distant-Planted endometriosis comparing with 85 cases of Pelvic endometriosis were retrospectedly analysed.Results:In the clinical characteristic of the Distant-Planted endometriosis,these rates of mistake-first-examine-in-non-department-of-gynaecology-and-obstetrics,mistake-be-in-hospital and misdiagnosis,have significantly different compared with these of the Pelvic endometriosis;in the etiology of the Pelvic endometriosis,the age of fall-ill,the rate of barren and the rate of operation-in-uterus,had no significant difference compared with this of the Pelvic endometriosis.Conclusion:In order to facilitate with making a diagnosis and giving treatment in clinic,sum up these lower incidence rate of endometriosis to the Distant-Planted endometriosis,enhance the knowledge of Distant-Planted endometriosis in doctors of non-department of gynecology and obstetrics. The cause of Distant-Planted endometriosis has no difference with Pelvic kidney endometriosis.In diagnosis of this disease,we should comprehend of the diversity of focus symptom and the common of clinical characteristic.In the treatment of this disease,we should give priority to operation,assistant with the treatment of hormone and so on.
