Abstract
Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the psychological status and influencing factors of Chinese community residents during the stabilization period of the COVID-19 pandemic, provide a reference for the construction of mental health care, and provide a scientific basis for this population to actively respond to public health emergencies. Methods: A cross-sectional study method was used. The study used an open-call questionnaire completed on the Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital official website and the Questionnaire Star online platform to survey Chinese community residents from December 23, 2022, to January 6, 2023.Results: The prevalence of anxiety, depression, and sleep problems among Chinese community residents in the post-COVID-19 era was 43.62%, 46.27%, and 42.53%, respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that in terms of anxiety, depression, and sleep problems male sex was risk factor. Protective factor was a history of COVID-19 infection. Conclusion: In the post pandemic era, the pandemic continues to affect the general population’s psychological health. Therefore, prevention and screening should be strengthened, and effective interventions should be implemented as early as possible to improve the overall mental health of the population.
