Abstract
[Objective] To study the influence on ovary function after operation with hemostatic methods of electric coagulation in shelling out endometriotic ovary-cyst under laparoscopy when bleeding.[Method] 32 patients with endometriotic ovary-cyst having operation indication were chosen and per for med with the hemostatic method of electric coagulation in the operation under laparoscopy. The serum levels of FSH,LH,and E2 of whole cases were inspected and basal antral follicle number(Fo)was monitored through transvaginal ultrasound as judging ovary reserve function before and after operation and 6 months later.[Results] The serum level of FSH and LH after operation and 6 months later was significantly higher than those before operation, while E2 and Fo was apparently lower. The serum level of FSH in the 6 months of operation was higher than that after operation. That patients of serum FSH level was more than 12 IU/L after operation and in the 6 months of operation was more than those before operation.[Conclusion] The hemostatic method of electric coagulation is easier in decreasing ovary reserve function during shelling out endometriotic ovary-cyst under laparoscopy.
