Abstract
Objective Investigating the diagonosis and checking for color nomysis of uterus, through vaginal three dimentional colorful dopper imagingtechnigue comparing and unalysing between the checking result and pathology recult after operating. Methods Through vaginal three dimentional Ultrasound and three dimentional colorful Dolpra image check for 22 cases before operation and compared the results and analysed with pathological diagnosis after the operation. Compared and analysed every case with pathological result. Results 22 cases were found to increase in all uteral dimention, and become thicker from the echo of uterus wall through vagina three-dimension ultrasound before surgery, 21 cases were found to have micro crystals internal of uterus wall. Through vagina three-dimension ultrasound and uterus colorful dopper, 22 cases can be seen to have blood vessels inereasing, smooth and clear on vessel walls, also have high-speed and high vosistance artery spectrum. Conclusions Through vaginal 3-dimensinal ultrasound and vaginal 3-dimentional colorful dopra blood map, it can clearly reflect the ultrasonic characteristics of uteras adenomyosis and decide the disease location and scope, which is the useful supplement for 2-dimentianal ultrasound and has guiding significance for the determination of the gynecllogical surgery and has wider foreground for the clinical application.
