Diagnosis and Analysis on 182 Cases of Infertile Women Under Pelviscopy

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of pelviscopy on infertile women pelvic factors.Methods:Study laparoscopic surgeries on 182 infertile women in the hospital from 1998 to 2004.Results:The pelvic inflammatory disease,Endometriosis occupy respectively 53.8% and 29.1%,the fallopian tube obstruct is 35.2%.match rate of fallopian tube obstruct under pelviscopy comparing with diagnosis before operation is 82.7%.the rest of the diagnosis are polycystic ovary(pcos),pelvic tubercle,ovary tumor,pelvic blood clot and the normal pelvic.Incidence rate of pelvic inflammatory disease is high in secondary infertility women,the salpingemphraxis caused by medicine miscarriage is high than that caused by induced abortion.Pelviscopy descend lysis of pelvic adhesions ambicommunicate rate is 59.2%.Conclusion:The most common pelvic factors of infertile women are pelvic inflammatory disease and endometriosis.The pelvic inflammatory disease and fallopian tubes jam result from medicine miscarriages is higher than that caused by induced abortion.It should be paid attention to,because pelviscopy has big value on the pelvic factors of infertile women.
