The application of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in infertility of patients with endometriosis

Objective:For exploring the technology of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in infertility of patients with endometriosis.Methods:From January 2002 to May 2004,57 cycles with endometriosis have been undergone treatment of IVF-ET/ICSI as investigative group. At the same time, chosen 111 cycles infertile patients as control group randomly. Analysed the conditions in IVF-ET/ICSI between two groups. In infertility of patients with endometriosis, analysed the conditions in IVF-ET/ICSI between the treatment group(A) and non-treatment group(B).Results:Clinic pregnant rates were 19/57(33.33%) and 40/111(36.04%), respectively, there was no significant difference between the investigative group and the control group. Clinic pregnant rates were 6/13(46.15%) and 12/44(27.27%)respectively, there was no significant difference.Conclusion:The technology of IVF-ET/ICSI is an important method to infertile patients with endometriosis.
