Abstract
We have observed 164 women with ovarian endometrial cysts (OVC) against unrealized reproductive function. The first group included 71 females with OVC up to 3 cm in diameter, receiving hormonal treatment. The second one was formed of 93 female patients with OVC more than 3 cm, receiving combined treatment, including surgery with subsequent hormonal treatment. Pregnancy occurred during a year after the therapy in 9 patients of the first group (12.7%) and in 21 of the second group (22.6%).
