Clinical analysis of 12 endometriosis with abdominal and perineal incisions scar

Objective:To study the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis in the abdominal and perineal incision scar.Method12cases of endometriosis in the abdominal and perineal incision scar were collected an d analysed.Results The main cause of the desease was the plantation of endometrium.The clinical characteristics was periodical pain and mass.The first important treatment method was operation to excise the endometriotic focus completely.Conclusion To prevent the desease,we should avoid the endometrium dispersion left on the incision.To theat the disease,we chose operation.
