Withdrawal Statement This manuscript has been removed because it included data obtained through a copyrighted questionnaire. The survey described in the manuscript was launched in haste during the pandemic and the authors were not aware of the copyright protection and acted in good faith. Attempts to obtain permission to use the questionnaire retrospectively were rejected by the copyright holders. The first author was not involved in the decision to include the copyrighted questionnaire, in any other aspects of the design of the survey or in the data collection and therefore bears no responsibility for this mishap.
