Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of laparoscopic cytoreduction of adenomyosis and laparoscopic uterus nerve ablation in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:15 patients with adenomyosis in this hospital from May 2004 to August 2005 which received adenomyosis cytoreduction plus uterosacral ligament amputation were selected.Operation condition,effectiveness of releasing pain,postoperation follow-up were investigated.Results:After 3~15 months' observation,these patients got great alleviation from severe dysmenorrhea and chronic abdominal pain.Conclusion:Laparoscopic cytoreduction of adenomyosis and laparoscopic uterus nerve ablation is effective in the treatment of young patients suffering from adenomyosis.
