Clinical research on treating endometriosis in the integrative medicine

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect on treating endometriosis with the integrative medicine.Methods:By subcutaneous injection of long-acting gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists acting diphereline,each time 3.75mg,in the menstrual cycle 2~5d subcutaneous injection of 1 time,twenty-eighth days,fifty-sixth days respectively subcutaneously 1 time,a total of 3 months of treatment,At the same time,respectively,in the pre menstrual application of blood stasis,Xingqi Sanjie oral Chinese medicine treatment,in the menstrual period by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,Sanjie Xiaozheng oral Chinese medicine treatment,in the late period with Bushen Shugan enema therapy.For the 3 to 4 menstrual cycles for 1 courses,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Results:This group of 47 patients,the follow-up time ranged from 9 to 12 months.34 cases were cured(72.34%),blood stasis syndrome and pelvic mass and other local signs disappeared;effective in 7 cases(14.89%),blood stasis syndrome disappeared,the decrease of pelvic lump;effective in 4 cases(8.51%),to alleviate the symptoms,pelvic mass slightly narrowed;invalid in 2 cases(4.26%),the symptoms had no change.Conclusion:Treating endometriosis with the integrative medicine the curative effect is reliable,easy to be accepted by patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
