Abstract

This work presents an integrated cognitive-therapeutic framework combining the Emotion-Logic Reflection Model (ELRM), a structured therapy guide, and an extended personality evaluation system. ELRM is a modular, human-aligned model designed to support trauma-informed self-regulation without emotional suppression, offering layered mechanisms for navigating intense affect, cognitive overload, and post-traumatic spirals. Building on this foundation, the framework introduces the OCEAN-ELRM Personality Criterion Evaluation Question Set, alongside an accompanying integrity supplement, to examine personality through interacting emotional, logical, relational, and motivational subsystems.Extending the traditional OCEAN (Big Five) model, the system conceptualizes personality as a dynamic interaction among 11 cognitive subsystems informed by systems thinking. The evaluation instruments are intended for qualitative exploration rather than diagnostic classification, enabling deeper insight into behavioral tendencies, internal coherence, and emotion-cognition balance. Together, the model, therapy guide, and question sets form a cohesive toolkit for self-reflection, narrative and exploratory therapy, psychoanalytic dialogue, and hypothesis generation in experimental personality research.Interdisciplinary feedback and adaptation are encouraged to refine its structure, validate its components, and explore its applicability across clinical, research, and self-development contexts.
