Abstract

We report acase of 34 years old woman without previous surgery. She consulted in our department for spontaneous umbilical endometriosis associated with adenomyosis and uterine myoma. Endometriosis was manifested by a painful umbilical swellingwhich increased sensitivity to the menstrual period. The diagnosis was confirmed by pathological and surgical treatment was performed.
