Abstract
The rise of connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs) marks a fundamental shift in the transportation industry. However, behind this technology-driven revolution lies a fierce, silent struggle over data, privacy, and trust. The relationship between automakers and consumers is no longer simply an exchange of products and services, but has evolved into a complex, ongoing, and strategic interaction. The current market landscape often finds itself trapped in a suboptimal equilibrium characterized by low trust, where the urgent need for technological innovation and consumers' fundamental right to privacy create a profound conflict (Automotive World China, 2024). This report aims to construct a new theoretical model—the "Dynamic Ethical Equilibrium"—to delineate and guide a path toward a more stable, ethical, and ultimately beneficial path for all stakeholders.
