Abstract
progressive nature of this entity.Notably, biallelic PTEN inactivation at the preinvasive stage indicates that genomic acceleration may precede morphological malignancy.Although further investigation in larger cohorts is required to determine the precise timing of these changes, elucidating such molecular shifts could eventually contribute to early diagnostic tools and personalized therapeutic strategies for endometriosis-associated malignancies.
