Clinical analysis of 67 cases with pecilo-ovarian cysts in endometriosis by laparoscopy and laparotomy

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and curative effect of operative laparoscopy for pecilo-ovarian cysts in endometriosis.Methods The clinical data of ovarian cyst in endometrioma by laparoscopy and laparotomy was compared retrospecitvely.Results All operations were performed smoothly.Time of operation,bleeding,time of recover intestinal peristalsis and average days in hospital in the group of laparoscopy were less than those of laparotomy(P0.01).There was more difference in the two groups.However,there was less difference for postoperative reurrence in two groups.Conclusion The treatment of laparoscopic was a feasible and safe method resulting in fewer complications,invasion and was a quick recovery.The treatment of laparoscopic associating with pregestogen could to decrease the postoperative recurrence and relax the remarkable symptom.
