Abstract
The present invention provides novel benzothiophene compounds, pharmaceutical formulations, and processes for preparation thereof, and methods of using such compounds for alleviating the symptoms of post-menopausal syndrome and inhibiting endometriosis, uterine fibrosis, and smooth muscle cell proliferation.
