The Diagnosis and Treatment of Endometriosis by Different Surgery:An Effect Observation of 177 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect by different operation methods to treat endometriosis.Methods All 177 patients with endometriosis from January 2006 to January 2011 in our hospitals undergoing conservative surgery,half radical surgery and radical surgery were collected,and three kinds of surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively;The clinical data of 177 patients of postoperative recurrence and related factors and related recurrence treatment were analyzed.Results The recurrence rate of patients was higher in conservative treatment group than in other two groups the radical surgery patients relapse,no one,half a radical surgery recurrent related factors were analyzed,because the number of cases was limited,the difficulty in making further statistical analysis.Conclusion Different treatment endometriosis curative effect and adverse reaction has obvious difference,should according to patients require the choice of surgical treatment of operations.
