An Exploratory Study on Sustainable Tourism: Approaches and Its Impacts on the Economic Condition of the Nation

Sustainable Tourism creates concentrated balance building in between the various factors like social, economical, environmental, financial and legal aspects. Sustainable Tourism helps to maintain and preserve the environment and minimize the negative impacts on it while encouraging the culture of respective locations. Especially after COVID there is an immense need for sustainable tourism as most of the countries have faced the economic crisis. Objective: The Objective of this study is to explore sustainable approaches to lower the impact of tourism on the environment. There are also several impacts discussed in the study that promote a positive scenario of tourism and the awareness it builds along. The main idea behind this study is to improvise the tourism practices in a way which is sustainable as well as favorable.Research Methodology: The research is exploratory in nature in order to find out all possible variables affecting sustainable tourism.Practical Implications: This research helps in suggesting the measurable changes in the current condition of tourism in India as well as other countries by applying the concept of Eco-Tourism.
