Abstract

Objective To evaluate the advantages of combining laparoscope and hysteroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of infertile patients.[WTHZ]Methods One hundred and seventy-six infertility cases were diagnosed and treated by hysteroscope and laparoscope,the diagnostic and curative effect were analyzed.Results The pelvic adhesion,fallapian tubes,endometriosis,endometrial polyp were the main causes of infertility.There was a significant difference in the efficacy between the hysterosalpingography and drugs irrigation by hysteroscope tubal catheterization under surveillance of celioscope.44.17% of obstructed fallopian tubes became smooth after operation with celioscope.Conclusion It is a visual,precise and effective method to combine laparoscope with hysteroscope to diagnose and treat infertile patients.
