We report a case of 28 years old female P1L1 with 1 previous LSCS, presented with history of painful swelling in infraumbilical area about 5 x 5 cms below and right to the umbilicus, away from the caesarean scar. This case report aims to increase the awareness of this rare condition, which often misdiagnosed.
