Abstract

Objective:To observe the multi-faceted Surgical Treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine in treating Dysm enorrhea of Endometriosis of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Methods:Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups,treatment group in which 35 cases were treated by multi-faceted Surgical Treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine(contains wearing Sachet and moxibustion on navel and foot bath with Chinese medicine),control group in which 35 cases were treated byShaofu Zhuyu Tang,with a cour se of three men-strual cycles.The pain VAS,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) scores and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) score were evaluated. Results : Two groups of VAS score,HAMD scores and HAMA scores before treatment have no obvious difference,but after treatment the scores is significantly improved.Conclusion : The multi-faceted surgical treatment of traditional chinese medicine and taking chinese medicine can improve the patient's dysmenorrhea,anxiety and depressive state,but the multi-faceted surgical treatment of traditional chinese medicine is better than taking chinese medicine.
