Abstract

Objective:Observe curative effect of Mifepristone in the treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding menopause.Methods:Based on 30 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients with menopausal low-dose Mifepristone orally once a day,every three months for patients with liver and kidney function for review,and B-pelvic.Results:The effect of Mifepristone on ovarian function suppression is mainly follicular development and delays ovulation,the role of the endometrium is mainly induced by menstruation and endometrial development block.Mifepristone is also on the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary-a reversible inhibition of the role of the uterus.Conclusion:So small doses of Mifepristone for treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding has a good effect and no obvious side effects.
