Сравнительная оценка регуляторно-адаптивных возможностей больных после операции гистерэктомии путем лапароскопии и лапаротомии

In this article we have carried out a comparative analyze of the influence of two basic methods of the operative treatment of the uterus myoms by the traditional laparotomy and laparoscopy on the regulatory-adaptive systems of the patients. Considering this target we have used the research of the parameters of the cardio-respiratory synchronism, that is the method of complex integrative assessment of the condition of this system. By the experience way we have proved the advantage of the laparoscopic method comparatively with traditional laparotomy
