Abstract

Objective To explore the different influence of Neyikangfu suppository (NYKFS) on ER and PR in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of endometriosis model rats by treatment of rectal administration. Methods Healthy and sexual matured female SD rats were taken as the researching objects and endometriosis model were achieved by autologous operation transplantation. Six groups were randomly formed and which were high-dose and middle-dose groups of NYKFS, Danazol capsule group and Danefukangjiangao (DEFKJG) group, model group and normal control group. Expressions of ER and PR in ectopic and eutopic endometrium and endometrium of normal group was measured by immunohistochemical SP staining method. Results High-dose and middle-dose groups of NYKFS could obviously lower the expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium of endometriosis model rats. High-dose and middle-dose groups of NYKFS could increase the expression of ER and PR in eutopic endometrium to certain extent (P0.05). Conclusions NYKFS can inhibit the synthesis of ER and PR in cells of ectopic endometrium to treat endometriosis and have certain accommodation on abnormal expression of ER and PR in eutopic endometrium.
