OVARIAN ENDOMETRIOSIS CYST TREATED BY LAPAROSCOPY

Objective To assess the efficacy of laparoscopy in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst. Methods We retrospectively analyzed patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst who underwent laparoscopic operation for Jan.2003 to Fre; 2004 in our hospital. Results 46 cases underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, thereinto 10 cases have infertility, 40 cases were followed up for a period for one to twelve months. No patient developed recrudesce, there into a case gestation. Conclusions Laparoscopy is a safe and effective methods in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst.
