Abstract
1. 자궁내막증의 발생빈도는 외래를 방문한 신환에 대해서는 0.13%, 복강경환자에서는 2.23%였다. 2. 자궁내막증의 호발연령은 30-39세였으며 평균연령은 33.9세였다. 3. 자궁내막증의 약 28.2%에서 불임증을 동반하고 있었다. 4. 자궁내막증을 American Fertility Society 분류법으로 분류하면 Stage I과 Stage III가 각각 33.8%였으며 Stage II가 25.4%, Stage IV가 7.0%였다. 5. 자궁내막증의 치료는 주로 대중수술을 시행했으며 앞으로 Danazol과 같은 약물치료가 필요한 것으로 생각된다.
