Abstract

Karin duvari endometriozisi ekstrapelvik yerlesimli endometriozis olgularinin %1’ini olusturur. Iki yil once sezaryen ile dogum hikâyesi olan 23 yasinda kadin hasta karin duvarinda sert, agrili kitle nedeniyle basvurdu. Yuzeysel karin duvari ultrasonografisinde cevre dokular ile sinirlari net olarak ayrilamayan yaklasik 2 cm capinda hipoekoik kitle saptandi. Total olarak eksize edilen kitlenin histopatolojik incelemesinde endometriozis tanisi kondu. Karin duvarinda kitle ile gelen hastalarda sayet oykusunde jinekolojik cerrahi bulunuyorsa endometriozis ayirici tanida akilda tutulmalidir
