Abstract
Objective
To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with new type Er:YAG laser on the compliance and curative effect of patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation.
Methods
From July 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017, 60 patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation who received new Er:YAG laser therapy at our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group (n = 30) and a control group (n = 30). All the patients were treated with a new Er:YAG laser, twice at the interval of 30 days. The control group were routinely cared; in addition, the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.
Results
The compliance rate, up to standard rate, and satisfaction degree were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (100.0% vs. 80.0%, 96.7% vs. 73.3%, and 100.0% vs. 76.7%, all P 0.05).
Conclusions
Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with new type Er:YAG laser therapy for patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation can improve the patients’ compliance and quality of life and up to standard rate and meet the patients' needs to nursing experience, so it is worth being generalized.
