Research progress of Mifepristone on endometrium

Mifepristone has been widely used as a treatment for contraception and gynecological hormone-dependent diseases,such as uterine fibroids,endometriosis,uterine bleeding and other treatment in recent years,which is another breakthrough in the field of gynecology for the study in the treatment of functional dysfunctional uterine bleeding,but the mechanism of functional dysfunctional uterine bleeding is not been well understood.This paper reviews current research about regulatory mechanisms of Mifepristone on endometrial hyperplasia.
