Laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of infertility in patients with clinical analysis of pelvic lesions

Objective:To evaluate the laparoscopic surgery the clinical value of diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods:Of 126 cases of female infertility in patients with laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment,pregnancy rate observed after Surgery.Results:126 cases of pelvic lesions found in 117 cases,accounting for 92.86% ;Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is the No.1 cause of infertility;This was followed by endometriosis,polycystic ovary syndrome.Pregnancy rate after laparoscopic surgery for 47.50%,1 case of ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion:Laparoscopic pelvic surgery on female infertility diagnosis and treatment of diseases of great value.
