Abstract

Though some women can achieve pregnancies despite various types of pelvic pain (mittelschmerz, dyspareunia, dysmenorrhea, vulvovaginitis, chronic pelvic pain, etc.), there is a higher frequency of infertility in the presence of pelvic pain disorders.
