Measurements of Antiendometrial Antibody,Intreleukin-6,Interleukin-8 Levels in Sera and Peritoneal Fluid of Patients with Endometriosis

Objective to investigate the role of EMAb,IL-6,IL-8 in sera and peritoneal fluid(PF) on pathogenesis of endometriosis(EM).Methods EMAb contents in sera and PF of 22 cases with EM and 10 normal women were detected by ELISA.IL-6,IL-8 contents of those were detected by RIA.Results The sera from patients with EM contained obvious significantly greater amounts of RMAb[(0.26±0.08)OD 450 nm and IL-6[(207.32±72.35)pg/mL]than those in contrast group[(0.10±0.04)OD 450 nm,(121.51±50.96)pg/mL.[WTBX]P0.01].The levels of IL-6 in PF in EM patients.The levels of IL-6 in PF in EM patients[(215.77±58.39)pg/mL]Were significantly higher than those in contrast group[167.90±52.12,[WTBX]P0.05],The IL-8 levels in PF in EM patients,The IL-8 levels in PF in EM patients[(0.55±0.20)ng/mL]were obvious significantly higher than those in contrast group[(0.31±0.12)ng/mL,[WTBX]P0.01]..Conclusions Unusual levels of IL-6,IL-8 in PF of EM patients partly account for imbalance of the immunologically dynamic enviroment in PF of EM patients.The production of EMAb is the result of immunological system abnormal of body.
