Abstract

The study of the features of production of proinflammatory cytokines in 70 women with chronic endometritis and infertility. The data of the survey are presented, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy, the study of cytokines IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α in serum and screening for sexually transmitted infections (trichomonas, chlamydia, mycoplasma, ureplazmu) ELISA. The endometrial biopsies in 62,8 % of patients with the presence of chronic endometritis PCR revealed: chlamydia (41,9 %), ureplazmu (11,3 %), mycoplasma (8,1 %), trichomoniasis (1,6 %). Analysis of the cytokine (IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α) in patients negative for Chlamydia not exceeded their thresholds. The level of the cytokine IL-8 in patients with chronic trichomoniasis significantly exceed the value of not having this infection. The revealed changes in the endometrium of patients with infertility should be considered in the survey program and preparation for in vitro fertilization.
