Abstract

Objective: To study the efficacy of laparoscopy for ovarian endometrioma.Methods: 60 cases with ovarian endometrioma were randomly divided into observitive gtoup(laparoscopy group)and control group(open surgery group).The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospitalization,the improvement of infertility and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results: Compared with control group,the laparoscopic group was of shorter time of op erative time,less intraoperative blood loss and less postoperative hospitalization(P0.01).The improvement of infertility and recurrence had no statistical significance between the two group(P0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopy is minimally invasive surgery,and can be used as the first choice of ovarian endometrioma.
