Abstract
Сhronic pelvic pain refers to the category of interdisciplinary problems. The main primary sources of chronic pelvic pain are diseases of female genital sphere, diseases of the urinary tract and intestinal, neurological diseases. The analysis of 170 cases of diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic pain, demonstrated an error of diagnosis and treatment. The role of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic pain, an algorithm for diagnostic search.
