Observation of the Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Treatment in Chocolate Cyst

Objective To investigate the laparoscopic operation and open operation in treatment of ovarian endometriosis clinical curative effect.Methods All of 60 endometriosis outpatients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases of laparoscopic operation) and control group(30 cases of open operation).The operation time,amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time and other indicators were compared in both groups of therapeutic effect.Results There was not statistically significant different in operation time of both groups(P0.05),the amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay in both groups were statistically significant different(P0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic operation in the treatment of endometriosis,effective,safe,quick recovery,is worthy of clinical application.
