Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment methods and preventive measures of abdominal wall incision endometriosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data in 20 patients with abdominal wall incision endometriosis in our hospital.Results All 20 patients received surgical treatment and cured.In followed-up time from 6 months to 1 year,there was no recurrence.Conclusions The primary diagnosis of abdominal wall incision endometriosis may be based on history,typical clinical features and with B-ultrasound,but the final diagnosis need postoperative pathological diagnosis.Surgery is the preferred method of treatment,the thoroughly resection is the key of treatment for this disease.
