Expression and clinical significance of ADM in endometriosis

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of ADM in endometriosis. Methods Immunohistochemisty was used to determine the expression of ADM in 60 cases of ectopic endometrial tissues,cases of eutopic endometrial tissues. Results The positive rate of ADM in ectopic endometrial tissues was 78.33% and The positive rate of ADM in eutopic endpmetrial tissues was 61.67% ,much higher than that in normal endometrium 26.67%(P0.05),the expression of ADM in ectopic endometrial was higher than that in eutopic endometrial tissues (P0.05),The expression positive rate of ADM in the human endometrium during the secretory phase was higher than that in proliferative phase(P0.05). Conclusion A high expression of ADM in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium ,and ADM played a key role in the pathogenesis ,development of EM.
