Treatment effect of 35 examples of lesion resection of adenomyosis

Objective:To study the womb gland muscle disease lesion resection after treatment in patients with dysmenorrhea improved and pregnancy.Method:We analyzed 35patients underwent laparotomy or laparoscopic uterine gland muscle disease lesion resection for the treatment of clinical data.Results:35 cases were all successful operation.The operation time of two groups there was no statistically significant differences compared to laparoscopic surgery group,less bleeding.Dysmenorrhea patients after operation in 28 cases alleviated,25 infertile patients,10cases of successful pregnancy after operation.Conclusion:the womb gland muscle disease lesion resection in the treatment of adenomyosis is safe and effective,can significantly improve dysmenorrhea,improve the pregnancy rate after operation,the patients having requirement of bearing is the choice of treatment of.
