This research will help minimize the deployment of UAVs by selecting the correct size according to user demand, which will attain the goal of cost-effectiveness. Besides, the providence of maximum connections and ensuring reliable connection with proper distance maintenance remain important aspects. An optimal algorithm is proposed to achieve the aforementioned design accompanying some system constraints. It can be seen in the simulation that the optimal algorithm stabilizes the number of users according to size with economic effectiveness in more appropriate way compared to Iterative Rounding Algorithm (IRA) and heuristic algorithm. Simulation results and discussion prove the authenticity of the work.
