Clinical Research of Treating Adenomyosis With The Method of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of treating adenomyosis with the method of syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods:The research was based on patients suffering from adenomyosis and accorded with the requests of research. They were divided into three styles,including syndrome of coagulation and blood stasis,syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,syndrome of qi asthenia and blood stasis. According the patients' different syndrome,give them different therapy,including guifuyin,danchiyin,and qidanyin. According the symptoms of patients,add the external treatments such as clyster and pessary if it is necessary. The course was six months. During the research,we observed the effects of the treatments,ill responds,and security targets. Results:Through the ratio of integrational marks to evaluate the synthetical curative effect,the total effective rate of the adenomyosis is 61. 5%. Conclusion:The methods of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM can effectively alleviate the symptoms of the patients of the adenomyosis,improve the patients' quality of life,and it is worth to be promoted.
