Abstract
目的探讨血清卵泡抑素(follistatin,FS)与子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMT)的相关性,及其在卵巢型EMT诊断方面的意义。方法分别用酶联吸附试验(enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay,ELISA)和电化学发光实验(electrochemiluminescence immunoassay,ECLIA)测定50例EMT患者、30例卵巢良性肿瘤患者及50例正常健康妇女血清FS和CA125水平,并采用受试者工作特征(receiver operator characterstic,ROC)曲线比较二者对EMT诊断的敏感度和特异性。结果卵巢型EM...
