Abstract

Endometriotic ureteral obstruction is an uncommon but serious event often unrecognized until hydronephrotic renal atrophy has occurred. A case of bilateral endometriotic ureteral obstruction treated with danazol (Danocrine) is reported, and the literature is reviewed.
