PENGARUH PEMBERIAN VAKSIN ROTAVIRUS \nPADA GAMBARAN HISTOPATOLOGI ORGAN \nREPRODUKSI TIKUS PUTIH BETINA \n(Rattus norvegicus)

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of giving rotavirus \nvaccine against the overview of histopathological ovaries and uterus of female rats. \nThis study used 20 female rats as laboratory animals were divided into two \ntreatment groups, control group namely P0 that was given 1 ml solution of sucrose \nand the treatment group namely P1 which was given 1 ml rotavirus vaccine. \nObservation of histopathological description using scoring method according to the \nReproductive Toxicology journals with a few modifications. Analysis of the data \nused non parametric statistics Mann-Whitney U test. The result showed that giving \nof rotavirus vaccines there was histopathological changes in the endometrial of \nuterus but not significant. In conclusion, that giving of rotavirus vaccines there was \nnot histopathological changes in the ovaries and uterus rats (Rattus norvegicus).
