Clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis

Objective: Endometriosis on the diagnosis and treatment were discussed.Methods: January 2009 to June 2009,for treatment of 46 patients with endometriosis examples for analysis and study in our hospital,patients receiving drug treatment according to different patients were divided into treatment group and control group' the control group patients by taking short-acting oral contraceptives,progesterone infusion meridians,gonadotropin therapy and other traditional way of treatment,all patients treated with oral mifepristone tablets by the method of the endometriosis treatment.Results: Both the total effective in the treatment of relapse rate or in the treatment group than the control group of patients had disease,and P0.05,statistically significant difference.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of mifepristone is not only more obvious,and no adverse reactions,tolerance and patients are more satisfied with the recurrence rate for patients with endometriosis,a new clinical treatment of choice,can clinic for further promotion and application.
