Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of serum CA125, CA19-9 and CA72-4 in ovary epithelial tumor and ovary endometriosis. Methods The detection results of ovary epithelial benign (n = 28) and malignant tumors (n = 15) and ovary endometriosis (n = 42) were retrospectively reviewed and compared with the results of 30 healthy women. Results The expression value of serum CA125 ,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in ovary epithelial cancers was obviously higher than others(all P <0.05). And the expression value of serum CA125 ,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in ovary endometriosis was higher than that of ovary benign tumors and the normal group (all P < 0.05). Positive rate of combined determination was higher than that of single marker(P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of serum CA125,CA19-9 and CA72-4 had great significance in the diagnosis of ovary epithelial cancers. It could also be used in the diagnosis of ovary endometriosis. Key words: Ovarian neoplasms;  Tumor markers, biological
