Abstract
Here we describe the contemporary views on asymptomatic and microscopic endometriosis. Briefly, asymptomatic endometriosis should not be considered as a disease sign. Moreover, asymptomatic endometriosis without tissue damage does not require any treatment. Nevertheless, the risk of asymptomatic endometriosis progression is still unclear.
