Abstract

Objective:To detect the level of CA125in serum, peritoneal fluid and chocolate cyst fluid of en-dometriosis,and carry out clinical analysis.Method:The CA125of30endometriosis patients of their serum,peri-toneal fluid and chocolate cyst fluid were detected.Took the corresponding marker of tumour as control.Result:The mean level of CA125of serum of I-II stage of endometriosis was16.13u/ml,Ⅲstage is58.56u/ml,Ⅳstage was94.16u/ml,the control was9.46u/ml,the difference was significance when theⅣstage compare with the control and I-II stage, the CA125level of serum was step-up with the stage(P0.05).The positive ratio at I,II stage was0,III stage was71.63%,IV stage was80.00%,there was no positive cases in the control group. The mean level of peritoneal fluid of endometriosis at I,II stage was1091.72u/ml,III stage was1421.88u/ml,IV stage was2186.81u/ml,the con-trol group was1029.88u/ml,the IV stage was obviously higher than other group(P0.05).The level of CA125of chol-colate fluid increased abnormaly, the highest level was more than100000u/ml.Conclusion:The level of CA125of serum is the valuable assist-examination for endometriosis,it can reflect the degree of endometriosis. The examination result of peritoneal fluid and chocolate fluid suggests that during the operation it should decrease the rupture as far as possible, and prevent the chocolate fluid from flowing over, and washing the contamination area immediately.
